WIPs and updates for today

1st things 1st,i watched UC ep 5 yesterday.

nothing to say,too speechless after seeing the epic battle scenes in ep 5 ;)

MG crossbone X2 WIP

I swear i've been snap-fitting and pilling up projects when i have nothing to do

anyways still have a mg harrison's F91 to paint this weekend,stay tuned for that i guess

anyways that not the reason i'm writing this post is this,

X2's shotlance complete(technically still have some parts to refine),the satisfaction from building this from simple 1.0mm pla-plate and gn-x 3's lance is just priceless.

Current WIP

just got my new phone which has 8.0 megapixles(previously 5),so i guess that'll explain why i didn't upload zeydra's WIP,well.....about that.....the wip pics were a failure lol,and so i'm gonna retake it with my new phone camera :3 that being said,gunpla mid year challenge is just around the corner and i have to do something about it....

The WIPS

I'll go over the WIPs 1st,the 1st one is actually a from a week ago or so,

SD unicorn banshee

i just love the banshee over the unicorn,and rather than to wait for bandai to release an actual SD banshee i made one myself,novel version of course,still left his beam magnum and beam saber to go(rather i forgot to spray those the last time i touched my air brush =3=).

next is this,a project i was working on during gbwc period last year,and damn my skills have changed lol,giving this guy the proper attention he deserves,pla-plate eyes seam line removal etc still need to redo the shading too,the shading i did back then was with a black base ^^;,so that he could face up with SD sazabi :3 have yet to remove the damned hollow sides of his weapons ==; i'm just glad bandai ain't skimping out on the weapons on SD's nowadays,hats off to them for the return of elbow joints too.

managed to do some painting today(i had to do spring cleaning in the morning and had reunion dinner at night)

i love how the FA one turned out,the shading is not so obvious yet visible ^^

still left panel lining and flat topcoat for the red one.

not sure when i'll post forever gundam real type :/ its either i'm lazy/tired or just busy ^^;

only left some parts to paint and panel line and to add on decals,and if you've noticed,he has a bazooka behind him,i kinda stole it from hg kampfer just to make him more zeonic :3

this is probably gonna be the last WIP for this guy.

backpack done and just left with a flat coat on the backpack.Also need to poke in some holes to make battle damage like on the shield.

Got myself some presents today :3
The F-22 was pretty cute so i bought it,i wanted the F-15 though,but it kinda looked horrible to me,not cute ^^; i still have an eggplane zero fighter unbuilt too,and my next eggplane is most likely gonna be the vf-1 with it's super/strike pack,i haven't watch the series that its in but i've watch macross zero and all i know is that Roy Focker is bad-ass.Also saw a blackbird eggplane too...but it was kinda....meh.With HGUC Ball now i just need a HGUC guntank to complete my EFSF HGUC set :3.This is most probably my last loot of 2011,i do plan to purchase nendoroid mayushii and HGUC hi-nu next,lets see if i can make it in 2011 :3

besides that I've got forever's main body done...
Still left with his backpack,decals,and a flatcoat.I might actually consider giving him after market MSG hands aswell,since his current ones are pretty lose,can't stay together to well ^^;











and i got cyclone joker almost completed(i never mentioned him on this blog but i did on my facebook account).

Just left with the purple trims on the joker half :3











And for the ppl who are wondering....the amount of unbuilt models i have....yep...haven't added those that i got today though














When i went to hobby kulture today,i saw they have some dragon momoko knock off MG deathscythe hell customs going for $25 or so,i am wondering wether i should get it or not :/ cause if i get that instead of the original,i might have some extra cash laying around for a MG unicorn gundam(Bandai).....hmmmm........

A little something extra.

I felt something was missing when i was building the 30th anniversary rx-78,it pretty much has every weapon except the beam javelin,so i scratch built(roughly) one,other than that i also superglue-d a clip in the shield so that he could store his beam rifle(i was kinda thinking robot damashii lol).Till next post~
